Training to learn the staff of a new coffee shop secrets of the specific procedures applicable to its management, preparing beverages, grinding coffee, handling, cleaning and maintenance of machinery, covering a wide range of provided knowledge and manufacturing techniques to obtain all the necessary supplies for the proper preparation and serving all drinks.
The training is done by the World Champion Barista and authorized in Barista trainer SCAE, Stavros Lambrinidis.
