Operation is very simple, just pour the milk and select the desired function by pressing the button:

• Once to heat and froth milk at the same time (Cappuccino Style). LED steady RED
• Twice in succession to heat only (Flat White & Lattes). LED blinks RED
• Holding the button down for three seconds in succession to froth only without heating it (Cold Frappes). LED steady BLUE

For perfect hot frothed milk must be full fat  3,4-3,8%
For cold frothed milk fat is from 1,5 to 0%
